Dollhouse Policy and Refunds

Here at the Dollhouse we take pride in delivering every order in safe and timely manner. We are not responsible for any items stolen, lost, or broken after the item is out of our custody. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS. When a Doll orders she/he should be fully aware that once you order, that’s it; your order gets processed, it gets shipped, and you receive it. Sometimes issues can occur that can cause an order to take longer to arrive to you and in that case we email to keep you updated.
